  1. In Germany, police fired 85 bullets in all of 2011.

    In the U.S., police fired 90 shots at one unarmed man in Los Angeles.

    Considering that Germany probably has close to ten times the population of Sweden, I’d be very interested to know how many rounds Swedish police has discharged. I’m not too optimistic, but it might still only be a couple of US-scale firefights.
