The people at Discover Magazine commisioned a scientific study that proved that this photo contains exactly 23% more cool than was previously considered possible in a single picture.

Joe Strummer looks pretty much like a raggare in that photo. Except that he looks extremely cool. I think this warrants another scientific study.
