sniffyjenkins: Ah, we’re doing Citroen today, are we? Citroen SM, bitches. Citroen effing Maserati. One of my very favourite cars, first shown at the Geneva Motor Show the very month I was born. Way ahead of its time. Unlike me. (image via) Ah, the SM. Maserati is also one of my favourite marques (whether it be a fifties Zagato bodied GT, Citroën period Khamsin or a modern Quattroporte) and the SM was certainly worthy of that union. The American market front end, as seen in the above picture, did it no favours, though. See, USA, this is why you can’t have nice things.
